Vanessa lost sponsors.
Not all at once.
Not because an angry mob magically destroyed her.
Brands reviewed.
Management investigated.
One contract ended.
Two paused.
Another simply chose not to renew.
Her platform accounts remained active.
Her audience shrank.
Then stabilized at a lower level.
Reality was less dramatic than cancellation fantasies.
Also more permanent.
The forged or unauthorized release generated separate legal questions.
The commercial use of Lily’s likeness generated others.
The paint incident was handled according to the evidence and applicable child-safety and criminal processes.
I did not need every ugly action translated into the harshest possible charge.
I wanted documentation.
Boundaries.
Removal of unauthorized material.
Protection for Lily.
Some clips came down.
Some reposts remained impossible to erase completely.
That hurt.
